The upstream README says you can copy the whole scientific-skills directory, but it more strongly recommends installing only the skills you actually need.
Recommended: install on demand
Install a single skill first, or a small bundle of 3 to 10 skills for one concrete project. That is easier to review and matches the upstream safety guidance.
Optional: install small thematic bundles
If you have a clear task, such as literature review, single-cell analysis, or clinical interpretation, a small themed bundle is reasonable.
Avoid: importing all 177 at once
The upstream README explicitly warns against installing everything at once, especially now that the repository includes many community-contributed skills.
