SolubleMPNN uses the ProteinMPNN Modal wrapper with soluble model:

GPU: T4 (16GB) | Timeout: 600s default

Option 2: Local installation

git clone https://github.com/dauparas/ProteinMPNN.git
cd ProteinMPNN
